Why did Jesus forgive before healing??

My dear beloved friends, greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. May the abundance of grace be upon your lives.  While this week I was meditating in a word to share with the church something popped out from my spirit.  Why many believers still living a constant battle with health issues .. There’s something very deep and powerful that the word of God reveal to us about it.
Question; If it is God’s nature to heal, have you wondered why many Christians are sick?
I am not referring to minor ailments like a cough or cold, I am referring to serious, life-threatening illnesses.

First let me quote a verse is making revolution in my life: Lets read Romans 5 verse 17
For if by the transgression of the one, death reigned through the one, much more those who receive the abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ.
The bible declare if we receive the abundance of Grace and the gift of righteousness we shall reign in life.
If we are living a life of defeat, of being defeated by sin, by perpetual GUILT and CONDEMNATION, by SICKNESS, by anxiety attacks, by financial lack and by broken relationships, we are not living the life that God intended for us. Based on the authority of God’s Word, we are destined to “reign in life” as a king, to have kingly dominion over all our challenges and circumstances. We are called to be above them all and not be trampled by them.  If we reign sickness doesn’t, if we reign the devil doesn’t, if we reign we really reign Jesus will be glorified in our lives.

But let’s be focus in the area of Health. This part of the Lords supper its extracted from Joseph Prince book where is speaks about Holy Communion.

You might be surprised to know that the Bible gives one reason Christians are weak and sick, and die prematurely.
The apostle Paul, in 1 Corinthians 11:29–30, said, “For he who eats and drinks in an unworthy manner eats and drinks judgment to himself, not discerning the Lord’s body. For this reason many are weak and sick among you, and many sleep.” Sleep here means death, not bodily rest. Paul said, “For this reason…” He did not say, “for these reasons”. He was pointing us to one singular reason Christians become weak and sick, and die before their time. And what is “this reason” that Paul was highlighting to us? He said, “… not discerning the Lord’s body. For this reason…”

What does it mean to partake unworthily? If we fail to discern or understand the significance of the Lord’s body, we are eating and drinking in an unworthy manner. Partaking unworthily means not recognizing that the broken body of the Lord was meant to bring health and wholeness not because we have sinned and are unworthy. In Christ Jesus we are righteous; blameless; spotless as Jesus is. Once we are believers there’s no way to take HC unworthy.

So, the question is: How To Discern The Lord’s Body
Here its where I will dive deep in God’s word to bring forth the majestic work of Jesus at the Cross; the finished work of Christ was a perfect work in which today we can rest and reign through Jesus Christ in every area of our lives and in this case we are addressing tonight our health. Shall we dive deep in His word church?….. Ok, let’s Go
Paul here is inviting believers to partake  the Holy Communion worthily; to discern the Lords body; this is a principle that new covenant believers need to be established in their hearts. The HC it is a declaration that by the stripes of Jesus, lashes His body of  we are healed and through His blood he provided forgiveness and through his resurrection justification. Therefore,  I want to address  the second part of forgiveness and justification, due the lack of knowledge  many of us still struggling today with  Guilt and condemnation.
Many preacher are putting believers under condemnation telling them that its because of their sins they keep living struggling with health issues; keeping people under bondage and focus them in their performance rather driving them to what Jesus already has done.

Now, I want to continue quoting Romans 8 There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.[a] 2 For the law of the Spirit of life has set you[b] free in Christ Jesus from the law of sin and death

Well you might be asking..  Hey, Emmanuel, you were addressing health and Holy Communion, what this verse has to do with? I’m glad you made that question. We will understand that Health and free of condemnation and guilt are totally connected and here is the point when we receive the abundance of grace and the gift of righteousness we shall reign in life.
So, first we were addressing Jesus body , now we will look at the blood.. The bible says
Jesus said Likewise also the cup after supper, saying, This cup [is] the new testament in my blood, which is shed for you.
His blood has brought us forgiveness and washed us from every sin. His blood has made us righteous.

And Paul Did a radical of our forgiveness.
Colossians 1:14 in whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins.
Ephesians 1:7 7In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace…
We are forgiven not according to poverty and penance of our confession but according to the riches of his grace THROUGH HIS BLOOD .
WARNING!!!!!!  Those who still preaching we have to keep confessing sin in order to be forgiven are people with old covenant mentality and are dishonoring the Cross of Christ.
You might be asking. Ok, preacher, but what forgiveness and Blood as to do with healing?
That’s a lot in common beloved, more than we can think or imagine.
The Bible says The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him, and said, “Behold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!

To understand better what I want to say lets read Romans 5:12-13,16 Therefore, just as through one man sin entered the world, and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men, because all sinned— 13 (For until the law sin was in the world, but sin is not imputed when there is no law)
Sin come to the world through Adam, and when the Law come through Moses sin arise in men; The Law was never to justify mans by; but to show man he could to not achieve Gods standards through his obedience.  It was through the law that man came to the knowledge of Sin and realize that all were guilty before God.
So, the first question I did was:
If it is God’s nature to heal, have you wondered why many Christians are sick?
We’ve seen that when we receive the abundance of grace and the gift of righteousness we shall reign in ln life and sickness and diseases doesn’t.
We addressed that many of us are sick because we don’t discern the Lord body worthily; that means having the knowledge of the perfect finished work of Christ.

Than to go deeper, I addressed about the blood, and I shared a few  verses telling  us how we are forgiven and explaining that Jesus took the sin of the world that was bringing condemnation to all man and in which the Law that Moses gave to the children of Israel worked as a mirror to show man their sinful condition before God making them see their need for a savior.  So through the basis of the old Covenant, sickness, were a chastisement of God for their disobedience on breaking the law  and unfortunately many believers today had the same mind set.
So, Jesus fulfilled once and for all the Law tooking away all condemnation becoming himself a curse, but believers still living under a perpetual symptoms of condemnation and guilty. Many still believe they are no totally forgiven from all their sins, past, present and future sins and they need to keep the 10 commandments , this what God called Self Righteousness!!!!!!!!!!!!

Many believers in church keep believing in an old covenant principle of Exodus 34:7b -and that will by no means clear [the guilty]; visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children, and upon the children’s children, unto the third and to the fourth [generation].
When God says under the new covenant in Hebrew 8:12 For I will be merciful toward their iniquities, and I will remember their sins no more.
This is a quotation of Jeremiah 31:34  where God said For I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.

Now, the same question again. What does healing has to do with forgiveness?
To finalize let’s see when Jesus was on earth a great example of it:
Mark 2:2-5
2 And straightway many were gathered together, insomuch that there was no room to receive them, no, not so much as about the door: and he preached the word unto them.
3 And they come unto him, bringing one sick of the palsy, which was borne of four.
4 And when they could not come nigh unto him for the press, they uncovered the roof where he was: and when they had broken it up, they let down the bed wherein the sick of the palsy lay.
5 ( Last verse its from Amplified)And when Jesus saw their faith [their confidence in God through Him], He said to the paralyzed man, Son, your sins are forgiven [you] and put away [that is, the [c]penalty is remitted, the sense of guilt removed, and you are made upright and in right standing with God].

Did you hear this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This man needed healing and Jesus declared he were forgiven of all SINS!!!!! By giving the gift of NO condemnation and forgiveness setting him free from the sense of guilt and condemnation. He stood up and were healed!!!! WOW!!!!! IM rejoicing!!!! SHOUT HALLELUJAH!!!!! PRAISE THE LORD
Now a Question? Did Jesus ever preached a sermon about healing? How many miracles he performed ? Thousands of them isn’t?
So, after being ,meditating on this passage of Mark, something popped out when in Acts 13: 38-39
Acts 13:38-39King James Version (KJV)
38 Be it known unto you therefore, men and brethren, that through this man is preached unto you the forgiveness of sins:
39 And by him all that believe are justified from all things, from which ye could not be justified by the law of Moses.

Here it’s the climax of Paul preaching and of mine as well…  Paul made a radical declaration that only by believing in Jesus we would be justify from all things, which all things? From sin; from condemnation; from Adams offense, sin.
Now, what happened after Paul make this radical declaration?
Acts 13:44
And the next sabbath day came almost the whole city together to hear the word of God
Can u imagine almost all the city where you are at come to hear the preaching of Gods Grace!!!!!!! Paul must have preached something powerful to draw people to hear the word of Christ and His Grace.

But, my focus is what happened after: Acts 14:8-10
8 And there sat a certain man at Lystra, impotent in his feet, being a cripple from his mother’s womb, who never had walked:
9 The same heard Paul speak: who steadfastly beholding him, and perceiving that he had faith to be healed,
10 Said with a loud voice, Stand upright on thy feet. And he leaped and walked.

What this man heard that raised up His faith to believe he could be healed? A preaching on healing? A preaching of 7 steps of how to be healed? A preaching of a bunch of dos and don’ts ? NOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
In the Name of Jesus by the Authority of His word I say. What made this Man believe that he could be healed was the power declaration of Paul that HE WAS FORGIVEN OF ALLLLLLLLL THINGS saying:
38 Be it known unto you therefore, men and brethren, that through this man is preached unto you the forgiveness of sins:
39 And by him all that believe are justified from all things, from which you could not be justified by the law of Moses

It’s the message of forgiveness of Sins that brings freedom unto our lives. Constantly pointing to Christ. Many still struggling with sickness because deep, deep in their heart they believe they are paying for something bad they did in their lives. They still live under the perpetual feelings of guilty and condemnation.
There’s many believers convinced when they sin, there will be judgment, there will be condemnation, there will be rejection, when in fact the opposite its true.
Because of His Grace and our small measure of faith God is Adamant and Passionate about revealing his acceptance and His approval to YOU!!!!!!!!.
Listen Christianity isn’t Do good, get good, do bad get bad… Jesus took away our bad that we might receive his Good. Just believe as this man in LISTRA that you are forgiven and receive your healing walk and constant health reign in life through Jesus.

The word of God declare you are forgiven once and for all. In Christ you are righteous as He is. Righteousness isn’t something you do to achieve but you believe to receive.
Christ has credited His perfect  righteousness to our account and paid the death penalty for all our sins. We are told in the Scripture (Romans 3:24) that we are justified by His grace. Then Romans 5:1 says we are “justified by faith” and Romans 5:9 says we are “justified by his blood.” Finally, we are justified by the Holy Spirit. “Ye are washed, . . . sanctified, . . . justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God” (1 Corinthians 6:11).
And all of this is absolutely guaranteed by Christ’s victory over death. “Who was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification” (Romans 4:25). As our text assures us, “all that believe are justified from all things” in the eyes of God.

The more we establish how to Discerning the Lords Body and acknowledge how much we are forgiven will give us the boldness to believe we can reign in life over all kind of diseases   and live a healthy life.. Hope this blessed you
